iCarpetiles.com utilizes a
2 step ordering process. The first step is delivering your sample selections to you for your consideration.
Your sample selections are provided at no cost to you. Carpetiles have a variety of properties that are difficult to accurately portray on a website,
actual colors as well as examples of the outstanding quality of our Carpetiles can better be gauged from actual sample tiles. This ensures that the Carpetiles you order will satisfactorily meet your requirements.
Once you have made your selection, you may call our Toll-Free Number 1-866-575-7738 to place your order and to verify quantities, delivery, etc.

Can I place an order via email?
While this is possible, we do not recommend sending payment
information this way as email is not a secure method for this. The best way to contact us outside normal business hours is through our Support contact form.

What is your return policy?
All tiles must be returned within 30 days of receipt in order for a credit to be issued. All returns are charged a 25% restocking fee. Restocking fee is waived if a new order is placed within 30 days of receipt of the original order. Shipping is non-refundable in any case and return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. Because carpetile colors vary depending on browsers and computer monitors, it is recommended that a sample be requested for the desired tile before a purchase is made. |
